Island West Properties is located on Route 413, a little less than a mile west of Rincón. Heading through town you pass the town plaza and the Catholic church on your left, and then the street takes a sharp left. You go past the Exxon station and the municipal police substation, and take a left onto 413. Soon you pass a bougainvillea hedge and a huge tree on your right, and the sign saying ISLAND WEST PROPERTIES comes right up next!
